Number the pages of a PDF for printing or filing. Nothing is uploaded.
Numbers are drawn on top of each page in a plain font; they cannot be edited afterwards. Content very close to the page edge may be overlapped. Merge files first with merge PDF, then number the combined file.
Is my PDF uploaded? No. Numbers are drawn locally in your browser.
Can I skip the cover page? Numbering counts every page. Start at 0 so the cover is 0 and the next page shows 1; the cover still gets a printed 0.
Do scanned PDFs work? Yes. The number is added as a layer on top of the scanned image.
