Resize and Crop Photo to Exact Pixels

Pick a photo, choose a size, drag the photo inside the frame to place the face, then download. Works for 600×600 px, 413×531 px (35×45 mm at 300 dpi) and any custom size. Nothing is uploaded.

The preview appears after you choose a photo.

How to use

  1. Choose your photo (JPG, PNG, WebP; HEIC only if your browser can open it).
  2. Select a preset or type the exact width and height the portal asks for.
  3. Drag the photo so the face sits in the frame; use the zoom slider if needed.
  4. Optionally enter a size limit in KB, then download.

Limits

This sets pixel dimensions and, optionally, file size. Background colour, head size, expression and lighting rules come from the issuing authority — check them. A correct size is not a guarantee of acceptance. Next step if a portal also needs a PDF: combine into a small PDF; for a tighter size limit use the compressor.

FAQ

Is my photo uploaded? No. Cropping and resizing happen locally in your browser.
